Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• "Jai Ratana" / "We" / "Us" — the financial education provider operating from 36/2 Soi Thonglor 13, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
• "Participant" / "You" — any individual who enquires about, enrols in, or attends a Jai Ratana programme.
• "Programme" — any of our structured financial education offerings, including the Financial Foundations Workshop, Retirement Readiness Planning, and Wealth Preservation and Transfer.
• "Materials" — workbooks, guides, worksheets, and any other educational content provided as part of a programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, making a programme payment, or attending any session, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Participation in our programmes is limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Programme Description and Availability

We offer three structured financial education programmes delivered in person at our Bangkok premises. Programme schedules, group sizes, and availability are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants with reasonable notice.

All programmes are delivered in the English language. Sessions are held in Bangkok, Thailand. We do not currently offer online or remote delivery.

4. Enrolment and Payment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full programme payment. Fees are payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current programme fees are:

• Financial Foundations Workshop — ฿5,400
• Retirement Readiness Planning — ฿14,900
• Wealth Preservation and Transfer — ฿27,500

All fees include programme materials. No additional charges are applied for standard programme delivery.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme starts: Full refund, minus an administrative fee of ฿500.
• 7–14 days before the programme starts: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the programme starts: No refund. Transfer to a future cohort may be considered at our discretion.
• After programme commencement: No refund for sessions already delivered.

6. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

• Behave respectfully toward other participants and facilitators
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared by other participants in sessions
• Not record sessions in any form without prior written consent
• Use materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, guides, and educational content are the intellectual property of Jai Ratana. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for their personal educational use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of materials without our written consent is not permitted.

8. Educational Nature of Programmes

Our programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice. Nothing presented in our sessions should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product or instrument. Participants should seek independent qualified advice for decisions relating to their personal financial situation.

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, we make no representation that the information provided will be suitable for every participant's individual circumstances. Financial conditions, regulations, and law are subject to change, and we cannot commit to the perpetual currency of all content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Jai Ratana's total liability to any participant in connection with a programme shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in our programmes or use of our materials.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme if their conduct causes harm to others or disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If we cancel a programme prior to commencement, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of their programme fee.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be referred first to informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Thailand with jurisdiction in Bangkok.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants by email. Continued participation in programmes after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always available on our website.
